Actually, that does not help. Seems the arrogant sea kayakers still don't believe a competent canoeist can paddle across Lake Monroe; therefore, I am excluded from the scheduled overnight trip as posted.
Perhaps, if I may, I could post an inclusive overnight trip for canoes and/or kayakers. Many of us in the club have managed to paddle canoes on BWCA trips , which are much more challenging than Lake Monroe.
