    The IPR has proven to be one of the overall best Paddling Events in Indiana.  If you've never attended, rest assured it is Worth Your time.  Come prepared to enjoy one of the most Fun Paddling Weekends in Indiana, to relax with Old Paddling Buddies, and to make New Paddling Friends.

This event is open to members of Canoe & Kayak Clubs,

Internet Paddling Groups, and River Protection Organizations

who have their own personal equipment and enough skills

for an enjoyable day on a Swift Flowing Natural Stream.

Please take this opportunity to pass this Trip Announcement

on to any of the above mentioned organizations with which you have connections.

 But please avoid wide open public, media,

or Facebook announcements.

    The 41st Annual Indiana Paddlers Rendezvous will be held on the Driftwood River near Edinburgh & Columbus.  The Dates are July 31-August 1-2.

    Our Base of Operations will be held at HEFLIN PARK.  Heflin Park has

a Lovely Campground, with 35 Campsites all located on the Banks of the

Driftwood River.  We have plans for 3 Very Nice Trips, which will all Start

or End at the Park's Access Landing.  We have reserved a very nice Shelter

House for our Saturday Evening Party & Auction.

Heflin Park Campsites fill the Streambank for a Quarter-Mile

   Heflin Park is a very Popular Camping destination.  Friday & Saturday

Reservations Fill Up Quickly.  There are Sites available for all types of

Camping vehicles and trailers, and a special area for Tents Only during the

IPR Weekend.  Several Campsites have already been Reserved for the IPR Weekend, including Site#15.......it's MINE !!!  There are also several nice Motels & another Campground located very close to Heflin Park.

    If You plan to Camp at this 41st Annual IPR, the best method is to Call the Park Office to make Your Reservations.  Camping is Strictly by Reservation now.  Call the Number below to make Your Reservation, and select the type of Site that You prefer.
