HCKC ANNUAL MEETING /SWAP MEET/DINNER

• PLACE: FOREST PARK INN NOBLESVILLE IN. 
• ADDRESS: 701 CICERO RD, NOBLESVILLE IN
• START TIME: 12:30 — 4:30 

ENHANCED AGENDA FOR THE DAY: 

• 12:30–1:00  Swap meet items placed and meet & greet/social time.
• 1:00—2:00  Fleet Breakout sessions: Review 2025 trips, early planning of possible trips for 2026.
• 2pm—3:45  Presentations & annual meeting:  Including trip leader recognition, business meeting, and results of the election of the new board.
• Short presentations will include: Qajaq (kayak) Training camp, Swift Water Rescue, Michigan UP trip, Grayson Lake trip, Eagle Creek Triathlons and a peek into the digital future of our website.
• Our skipper will deliver important data regarding our club's performance and membership participation in 2025.
• 3:45--4:30  Dinner, social, and Swap

** HCKC will provide the main course; members are asked to bring a side dish, vegetable, starch, salad or dessert.  Non alcoholic beverages will be available.
