Join us on the water to view the Total Solar Eclipse. Summit Lake is right on the path going through Indiana  for the best viewing experience.

Eclipse begins at 1:50 pm, is at a at totality at 3:07pm for 3 1/2 minutes and ends at 4:23pm. We will meet at the boat ramp by Harvey Shelter at 12:30 and will launch at 1:00pm.

Brink a snack and water, a 2024 DNR boat sticker, a white light visible in all directions and your eclipse viewing glasses. Usual safety equipment expected: PFD, Whistle, dress for the water temperature.

Those interested will meet at Wood Fired Pizza 101 N. Walnut St. Mt Summit for dinner following the paddle.
